Anyone have that wii fit? I found some articles on the net where people said they have acutally lost weight..

I love my Wii fit, but I don't think it's helped with weight loss. Now, it has helped with toning. The day after the first time I used it, my quads were so sore. I would recommend it to anyone. Also, I got the biggest loser game and it's a lot of fun too.

I've been using it for 4 months and have also lost 2 stone, in conjuction with a sugar, oil, fat almost free diet. Did you diet as well? Either way, Wii rocks, eh?
